LOCATION The Retreat at Legacy offers a convenient location close to Central Florida's major attractions, shopping, and dining. Walt Disney World Resort – approximately 14 miles Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 23 miles Publix is conveniently located nearby at Berry Town Center on Highway 27, and a Walmart Supercenter near Cagan's Crossing is less than 5 miles from the home. For even more shopping and dining choices, Highway 192 offers a wide variety of restaurants and services. LIVING AREAS With two separate living areas, everyone has room to spread out and relax. One living area features a flat-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows, while the second provides a comfortable space for conversation and spending time together. UPSTAIRS TV & GAME AREA The second floor features an additional TV and game area, giving children and teens their own space to hang out, watch TV, and enjoy some downtime. GAME ROOM The garage has been converted into a game room, providing another fun space for friendly competition and family entertainment. The screened enclosure provides a comfortable outdoor space for the whole family to enjoy. POOL HEAT Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be arranged and paid for prior to check-in.
