LIVING AREAS: The home features two separate living areas, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax. The family room overlooks the pool and features comfortable seating and a 50-inch 4K Smart TV. Guests can sign in to their own streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+. A second living area provides additional comfortable seating and views of the pool through the patio doors. There is also a pub-style, high-top glass table with seating for up to 6, making it a great spot for cards, games, drinks, or spending time together. KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker. Cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and other kitchen essentials are also provided. Simply bring your food, beverages, and favorite condiments. A large supermarket is just a few minutes away, along with a variety of restaurants and takeout options. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Primary Bedroom: The spacious primary suite overlooks the pool through patio doors and features a Super King-size bed, dresser with mirror, bedside tables, and TV. The adjoining bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, dual sinks with vanities and mirrors, and a private toilet area. Between the bedroom and bathroom is a walk-in closet with a digital safe. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedrooms 3 & 4: The remaining two bedrooms each feature twin beds and share a conveniently located bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. A cot/crib, highchair, and hairdryer are also available for guest use. Guests should bring their own pool and beach towels. PRIVATE SOUTH-FACING POOL: One of the highlights of this home is the private screened pool, which faces South/Southwest and receives excellent sunshine throughout much of the day. The spacious pool deck provides plenty of room to relax, with outdoor furniture for up to 8 guests. The screened enclosure allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine while helping keep insects out. The pool area also has convenient direct access to the third bathroom, so there’s no need to walk through the house with wet feet. A large 23-foot by 10-foot covered lanai provides a shaded retreat when you want a break from the Florida sun. A cast-iron barbecue grill is also available for guest use. POOL HEAT: Pool heat is available for an additional charge. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival so arrangements can be made.
