LIVING AREA: The open-concept living area provides a comfortable space for everyone to gather and relax after a busy day exploring Central Florida. The living room features comfortable leather seating and a flat-screen TV, with an open layout connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Amenities include a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, and other essential small appliances, along with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and more. The dining area features a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The home features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Primary Bedroom: The Primary Suite features a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also features a Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom features two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The pool deck is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining set with seating for 6, providing a comfortable space to enjoy the Florida sunshine. POOL HEAT: Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation. GAME ROOM: The garage has been converted into a game room where family and friends can enjoy foosball, pool, and air hockey. It’s a great additional entertainment space for days at home or evenings after visiting the parks. LAUNDRY: The home includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay. ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home. PARKING: Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. The driveway measures approximately 15 feet by 26 feet. Street parking is not permitted. Vehicles parked on the street, blocking any portion of the sidewalk, or parked on the grass may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Commercial vehicles and trailers are also prohibited. SAFETY & LICENSING: This vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence. SELF-CATERING HOME: This is a self-catering vacation home, which means you will have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare your own meals, but additional household supplies are not replenished during your stay. A small starter supply may be provided and can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each garbage can, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay.
